Oh God no, not a 2.0L turbo thread
To give you the answer without the angry "forum decorum", the 2.0L NA can be turbo'd IF AND ONLY IF you are willing to spend the money, time, and more specifically if you don't expect more than ~250hp because of your cvt (and at that point fully expect transmission failure).
If you're dead set on a turbo, wait like a decade and maybe someone will make a legitimate ECU and manifold (I've heard that the akd performance one is apparently a scam?).
The pragmatic solution to your speed problem is to:
1) REDUCE WEIGHT!!!!!!
2)downpipe, exhaust, intake and a tune. You'll be around 180whp-190whp, you'll basically be matched with a stock si
3) suspension and wheel/tire upgrades, makes the care drive better
4) REDUCE WEIGHT!!!!!!!
I know a lot of people here are Debby downers about it, but it's for good reason. I'm sure if someone had the know how and like $20k, they could successfully make a type R knockoff lol. Don't take it in the wrong way, everyone means well. This engine still has a lot of NA potential, and ive seen some people smoke tuned si's with enough weight reduction and honestly better driving. Just be careful you don't ruin your car!!!!
Godspeed!
