I called Monday about mine as well. Was told Honda gets part as of then the 14th and maybe they’ll get it that week. Fingers crossed, the pulling is annoying.
The dealership is still letting you drive your car? Mine gave me a rental for about a week and finally a Honda loaner today. Seems like with safety issues, they shouldn’t let you drive your vehicle.

Thank you for the heads up. I’m currently waiting on the gear box to come in.
I just had my 22 Civic with 29000 kms on it inspected today...I have noticed the problem with sticking steering requiring slight adjustments at 65-100 km/h's per hour for about a month now....On inspection Honda dealer advised me they would be replacing my rack and pinion steering....Parts should be in later this month...This dealer north of Toronto Ontario Canada claims this is not the first one they have seen with this problem.

I guess I should reach out to my adviser then….
The dealership here in Eastern NC hasn’t told me that it’s going to be delayed further after I messaged them. So far, it’s still Dec 21 (tomorrow). The dealership has had my vehicle since Nov 25, so I’m not sure if that is a big difference or not, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they tell me near the end of this week it’s pushed back another two weeks…..

lol, the car is still not ready…no updates, but assuming some time in Jan 2024 now.

i'm in eastern NC too. Hendrick?

I was told when I call about my part that it will be or maybe not here sometime in April or May 2024. I been waiting for just over 3 months.
well that’s not good news at all….

I’ll be moving out of state in a few months, and might just ship the car without the steering gearbox repair for the time being if I can’t get the repair done in January.

Good luck 🤞.
Fortunately they noticed the issue pretty much as soon as they started driving it. Unfortunately they said the part is back-ordered with no ETA, but they ordered it as "critical" if that means anything.
They offered me a loaner but I declined because I have covered parking at my house and who knows how long my car would be sitting out in the elements.

Just had my 22 Civic LX in today at a dealer north of Toronto Canada....Took them 2 weeks to get the parts replaced the steering box plus the Rack and Pinion ..Took them 7 hours to do it....Car drives like new again...
Seems like the turnaround for getting parts in Canada is a lot quicker. I’ve been waiting five weeks now with no new update. I know some folks here have been waiting for months in the US.
