Thankfully since gen8 it's been all chains.

 

I got the belt info from a couple diff posts on YouTube.

I'm guessing they think the serp belt is the timing belt...lol

 

I saw on youtube comments that the 11th gen has bigger pistons than the 10th gen. Couldnt find any proof of this searching google though

 

Many refer to the cvt as having a belt, though it is metal.

 

This string is misleading. All Civics since the 2006 model year have timing chains, not belts.
