I purchased a 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring in early December and still have no ability to use the HondaLink app for remote services. I have tried multiple times to add my vehicle to the app, and each time the app would either tell me to wait for remote services to be enabled, say I’m not subscribed (I get 1 year free), or not show anything at all. Honda technical support has been giving me the silent treatment until today when I escalated for the Nth time. They said they’re working on figuring out why the app isn’t showing the correct interface.
