Error code P2A01

Finally got the emissions code I was expecting from my downpipe install, the error code in particular is P2A01.

I don't have my state inspection for a few months and this code is a whole bunch of nothing until I have to go in for it. Until then, what do people suggest as the solution? Should I just use my stock downpipe and tune, or should I try a defouler/spacer? I don't know if ktuner has the option to disable this particular code, but I'd rather do that than a hardware related fix if I can.

Yes ktuner has o2 sensor disable. In my opinion, I would install the stock DP back on a month before your inspection and clear all DTC codes. It should clear up before then unless your o2 sensor is messed up by then but it shouldn't be.

My province doesn't do inspections anymore so I just disabled the CEL with ktuner.

I have an rv6 downpipe, I'm actually not sure about my state and looking deeper than the surface with those scanner tools they use. For all I know they could ignore everything if they don't see a cel.

What do you mean by messed up O2 sensor? Will disabling the sensor cause it to not work if I try to enable it again? I really only want the code gone for now, keeps me from remote starting, and the beeping is annoying.
