Can the civic gen11th turbo turn off the engine immediately after a long trip?

I will say that my FIAT Abarth's turbo did have a connection to the engine coolant and this coolant line had a small electric "after run" pump, when you turned off the car it would run coolant to the turbo for a minute or two. This plumbing was pretty obvious when you opened the hood and took a casual look.

My wife's Tiguan has that too, and I can definitely hear it when I turn off the engine. Never heard anything on my Civic Touring.
