All-Weather Floor mat Recommendations?

Looking to invest in long-term floor mats.

Been jumping through various threads discussing the main options: OEM, WeatherTech, Tuxmat, Husky, Lasfit, and Maxpider.

Heard WeatherTech is a bit slippery and doesn't cover the sides. Tuxmat covers everything but apparently does not work well with manuals even though I saw someone in here say they work with their Si.

Can anyone vouch for one of these and give specific reasons?

Which do you guys prefer/think is worth the splurge?

Tuxmat 100%. I literally just installed my set in my 25 Type R a few days ago. They are amazing. They cover everything. At first I thought the rear mat wasn’t going to fit because it appeared to be HIGHER than the bottom of rear bench seats but then realized you can tuck that little extra bit under the seat to make it perfect.

They include clips too that at first thought were gimmicky but then realized they really make the mats stay in place and help the mats stay flush with the rest of the interior.

So happy with these mats. You won’t be disappointed.

Not sure who spread the rumor about these mats not working with 3 pedals. 🤷‍♂️

Look at how far these mats reach past the seats on the outer sides.

Close up of the material and the safety clips.

The fit on these mats are next-level.

I got these cheapies on Amazon.

Not a "name" brand, and not the above-and-beyond coverage as the Tuxmat above, but they fit perfectly and I have absolutely no issues with them. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

All I can say is do not buy the OEM all-weather floor mats. The sides do not stay flush with the door sills. They're better than nothing, but not much better.

I asked for the OEM all-weather mats to be thrown in with the deal when I bought my hatchback a couple years ago. It's good they were free, because I'd be angry if I'd paid good money for these.

I got the 3D Max for front only for 25 ST Hatch so can't comment on clutch pedal but they fit great and have decent coverage. My 15 Mazda 6 had them since new and while a little worn are still holding up.

I eventually went with TuxMat as I decided I wanted rears, hatch and rear seat back protection. Everything fits well and the coverage is beyond anything else I've ever used before (3D, Weather Tech, Husky).

Weathertech is better if you expect to be dragging a lot of snow in on your boots, as the rubber mats have deep channels that will collect water until you have the chance to pull out the mat and deal with it. The tuxmats provided wall to wall coverage and you won't be pulling those out to dump water out. The tuxmats look a bit garish like something an uber driver would buy, they'll be better at preventing scratches and collecting sand and dirt that you can vacuum out later.

which is to say I don't see them as totally comparable. different goals. i will probably get the tuxmats if i can get over the look, because i think they will block road noise better,

tuxmat is made in china fwiw, while weathertech is made in usa.

Ok, help me out with the LASfit site. I'm on the following page:

When I select Hatchback, Without USB ports, and 1st and 2nd row it chooses: Model No: LL-HN13

then below it says:

LL-HN13: Fit for 2022-2025 Honda Civic Sedan Gasoline, Type R & Si Sedan
XS-HN40H:Fit for 2022-2025 Honda Civic Hatchback & Hybrid Hatchback
XS-HN29: Fit for 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Siden

I can't get the XS-HN40H option unless I choose that I do have USB ports in the rear. I'd be happy if I could just get the front mats..

2026 Honda Civic SI here, contacted Tuxmat of Canada, they said they don't have mats for the SI.

I went to costco canada and selected the 3D Maxpider for a 2025 Honda Civic 4dr w/rear USB. The matts fit well. Only been in the car for a few days, I can follow up after a rough Canadian winter to tell you how they really perform...

3D Maxpider were $199 CAD ($144 usd)
Tux mat were $275 ($200 usd)

With Costcos return policy I feel confident taking these into winter. We use a lot of salt here in winter time Toronto and as a result deal with this nasty sludge of melted snow, dirt and salt ughhh
TuxMat "Sedan with Rear USB Charging Port" should fit the Si. You could also be a tester Model Request | TuxMat - The Ultimate Car Mat. As a tester you get a set of mats for free(unless they've changed that policy).

As I've mentioned before there's also Mat up! Floor mats with Extreme Coverage, All Weather Rated, Car mats which are rebadged TuxMat at a much cheap price,
