If the spoiler is intact, how about a combination of ordering replacement clips, 3M trim tape and silicone sealant on/around any remaining holes. Spoiler king makes inexpensive pliable urethane spoilers in the USA that just stick on with 3M tape and are actually well made. I wonder if one of the bigger ones would cover the holes.

 

There are 10 holes for the mounting points, id rather not use 3M as one of them is bound to overlap with the hole leaving me with less surface area to adhere to

Does it look like you can just use new/reuse hardware? I'm actually surprised OEM doesn't have any glue or adhesive in addition to the hardware.

 

No. Most of the clips snapped themselves and the attachments on the spoiler snapped too. It does look like there is some sealant used at least.
OEM assembly shows 10 mounting clips of 4 different types being used

 

Assuming no damage to trunk why not replace it with the oem from honda. It will bolt/snap right in and no worries - unless you want to change the look.

 

Was more interested in whether there were any aftermarket spoilers that could be used that would be less than the OEM price of ~$270 that would still be able to mount to the OEM holes

 

Anyone know if this p/n fits the 2024 si: 71700-T24-T01ZA ? Different OEM parts stores are showing different answers

 

Have you tried checking the number on Hondas dreamshop? That would also give you an exact part number for other model years

Yes, that's the 2024 model number. I'm trying to get it delivered to me but having trouble finding a dealer that does. Trying for the third party drop shippers but they won't let me check out because they are saying it doesn't fit the 2024 si ..

You might have better luck just calling a dealer and asking in that case. I personally take my chances with the markups from them since if I'm buying OEM, I'm already wasting money, so the extra 5-10% markup is worth it for peace of mind.

 

Even OEM is a pretty inexpensive way out of a mistake. Pop one on and sleep like it never happened.

 

Did you ever figure out what your were gonna do for the fix?
