Honda will be preparing to release a 2026+ 12th-generation Honda Civic as early as mid 2025, that's if previous Civic generation timelines are any indication of what we can expect going forward. Well the OP is a year and a half old, so...
My guess is that since Honda just updated the drive train and refreshed Civic for the 2025 model year, we won’t see a new generation until the 2027 or 2028 model year.
I also expect the 12th generation will be hybrid only or hybrid/plug in hybrid.
