I have been using Honda OEM blades with excellent results. If you keep the OEM blades, you can just order the OEM rubber inserts which are way less $$$. That's what I have been doing on my Pilot and my wife's Passport.

EDIT: I was incorrect. Refills are not available for Civic. However I stick with OEM blades.

I don't believe that is an option with the new Civic blades

 

Look for something with Narrow PTB adapter.

I have a set of the Costco Michelin Beam wiper blades but I haven't installed them yet.

If memory serves me, some members have had luck using the Bosch OEM wipers for VW on Civics, the sizing should be 24/19:

Individual part numbers according to Rain-X's website:
5079280-2 - Driver side 24".
5079276-2 - Passenger side 19".

The Amazon Rain-X 810160 2-pack is correct as well so you must be doing something wrong when installing them.

Bosch Aerotwin A620s is a direct replacement have used these couple times now when replacing wipers. These fit Vw’s but found these also fit on civic same size and looks same as oem
