Should i install type r spoiler on my Honda civic

Hey everyone I need some advice,
I got Honda civic 2020 EX
And I want to install a type R spoiler on it but I’m hearing different reaction and reviews on YouTube and online. some say it okay some say it shakes and vibrates in high speeds! And so on!
BeCause I bought spoiler from procivic.com it type r made with high abs plastic got it for like $170 bucks but before I drill holes and install it I want to hear from drivers who have spoilers on their civics, is it worth it, is it good or bad idea, any tips on proper install and so on I’ll highly appreciate it!

Personally, not my kind of thing, but you may get some better opinions from people on a 10th Gen Civic forum.

It is your car and you should mod it how you like and not how everyone else tells you to mod it based on their taste. Don’t be like the guy who copies all of his friends’ tattoos because he has zero creativity or personality

I personally think the wings look like shit, and I know for a fact they don’t improve performance but just reduce gas mileage and rear visibility

well that’s the thing I do kinda want to install it but if it will ruin my car or the spoiler won’t last long I might as well not do just and to see all the pros and cons before I drill the holes

This question has come up a few times on the forums and the answer will always be the same - do you like the look and are you willing to deal with a line in your rearview mirror?

I have the hpd spoiler for my hatch, and I think it looks good. It doesn't really do anything for me besides the looks and if anything the reduced visibility is kinda lame. I should also mention there are people who think copying the CTR when you don't have one is taboo for various reasons, so you'd eventually come up against that.

All that matters in the end is your opinion!

I wouldn't and it will be a turn off on resale .
