The skunk2 weighted makes an amazing improvement when driving, really fine tunes the shifting. Immediately noticeable even pulling out of the driveway.

For sure, it's already sexy! I do prefer the touch of the OEM knob, but the shifting is improved so it's a fair trade off.

I got the Acuity Esco Insulated knob installed and it is really good. Feels good and I can't believe how good the insulation is. When it was 15* out the other day the shifter didn't feel cold at all.

Looks good. How's that shape feel vs a rounder knob? Is it weighted?

It feels great. It doesn't look as comfortable as it is and that was my biggest concern. But the top is very rounded, contours to my hand and it just has a very premium feel. I prefer more of a pistol grip over top grip. I am still very impressed by the insulation. Works way better than I expected. Heard a lot of people rave about the ESCO and the insulated Poco. Since I have all four seasons around here I bit the bullet and gave it a shot. Well, my wife got it for me for Christmas. Black Friday sale helped. I believe the weight is similar to stock. I have the short throw kit and all the bushing upgrades and that made a massive difference all on it's own. Didn't need any additional weight after that. With stock throw I could see more weight being helpful.

Just installed the Likewise Thicc Boi over the weekend. The installation process was fairly easy and the extra weight has made a significant difference in the feeling of the shifter.

Where did you get the shift boot? I have one from DBoy Shiftz, and it's fine. I think the top opening was a bit too big, so it was tough to get the Acuity collar zip tied cleanly. I think I'd rather get a red one to replace it though.
I got an S2000 OE factory option titanium knob with Acuity collar. I’ve had it for 2+ years (Originally in my ‘19 Sport 6MT) and never found the temperature to be an issue. It’s either warmer or colder, but never uncomfortable, then quickly acclimates when driving.
