Yeah im wondering the same thing, its driving me crazy not being fullscreen

I just went and tried to upload a wallpaper with the 4,096 × 2,304 image size and there are still black bars on the side..

 

Anyone figure out anything?

 

Have you tried 1920x936 ?

 

Did that too. Still getting black bars on the sides.

 

I got mine with only tiny slivers of black at the top and bottom. 2080x900 is very very close to correct. Maybe someone wants to try a few more sizes near this to perfect it?

You got it! 2080x900 looks perfect.

 

For the 9-inch the exact match seems to be 1280 x 554 pixels. You can download the blue image below if you want to test with it or modify it with something nice . Has a one-pixel-wide gray frame around it to help visualize the fit . Now to make some cool backgrounds!

 

Is there a specific folder to use to find the wallpapers in the Civic?

 

I figured it out… my Mac was saving the files as a JPEG and the car only recognized jpg

 

Now I just wish we were able to move the clock around and adjust the size and look of it. Gets right in the way of the object of the photo in most cases
