I go my 2023 Si today in black! Black wasn't my favorite color, but it looks really sharp and classy. I called earlier in the week to see when it was due to arrive and if it was still available. Turned out it was delivered to the dealer the next day and they had it ready for me 2 days later.
I paid about $1400 over MSRP with no dealer add ons. All other dealers in the area that have them either on the lot or allotted to them are marking them up $5k!!! My dealer only got one other 2023 Si so far and may not get any more. I have never seen an 11th gen Si on the road in my area so I feel fortunate to have landed this car.
Compared to my 2020 Si, it feels more grown up, more refined, and classier. Shifting is smoother with power up to 5k rpms and more. The suspension is much more forgiving but still grips the road. The seats are a little wider and feel a bit more comfy. My wife will appreciate the suspension and seat differences! The stereo sounds WAY better and the touch screen is far more responsive.
There are things about the 2020 that I like better. The stiffer suspension and the rougher shifting have a certain appeal. The car rewards you for shifting well.
The 2020 sill remain in the family since my son will be driving it soon when he gets his permit.
Looking forward to getting to know this car better.
