Not one wire was cut installing these modifications haha

Rear USB panel. Trim panel is OEM, rear USB kit is from Mikstore.
Tuxmat only had 'with rear USB charging port' when I got the car so this worked out.

Wireless charging pad from Mikstore.
It works most of the time but it looks cool. Read that an update to Android 13 is causing overheating, maybe they will fix that one day.

Dash Cam from Fitcamx.
It's not the best picture by any stretch but it seems to work OK, looks OEM and it was plug and play.
Automotive lighting Hood Motor vehicle Plant Automotive mirror

Console/sunglasses holder, OEM.
My wife has had a bunch of Accords and I was always jealous of this.
Automotive lighting Window Sunroof Vehicle Automotive tire

Window/sunroof close on lock, Mikstore.
This may be my favorite mod. It works on walk away auto lock, just have to disable the horn honk and light flash which is pretty easy.

I just installed the FitcamX as well. I love how it looks OEM too, but I feel like the picture would be better if it didnt have glare. I used to have a Nextbase camera and their polarizing filter sticks on so I ordered that to try, its a little pricy, but hopefully itll improve the image.

I'd definitely be in for this upgrade, please share your thoughts when you get it installed.
I like the fitcam design but I prefer a separate unit with at least 2 channels. I'm currently running a Viofo A139 hardwired. 3 channel setup for maximum coverage.

If the nextbase cpl filter isn't available, you can also use the Thinkware CPL filter which is also a stick on design

Fitcam does have the option for a 2nd camera for the rear, would be nice if it also had an in-cabin option as well.

Totally would have gotten that filter over the Nextbase, its cheaper and shipping wouldve been quicker with Prime.

So I got the Nextbase filter in the mail and installed it today. I removed half of the adhesive on the filter and attached the remaining adhesive side to the side with main camera unit, to avoid any issues down the line if I need to uninstall the camera or anything.

I will say when you actually download the videos they arent bad, its just looks like crap on the live view to probably conserve your battery and data.

Wish it was a sunnier day, then the clips would look better. I also changed the resolution, first video I had the camera on 1080 then I changed it to 1440. There isnt a huge difference, but its probably because the sun isnt out and there isnt a lot of reflection showing.

Before the filter.

After the filter.

Didnt notice the 2 lines on the silver part of the filter until now, probably could've lined it up better with those, but oh well, I cant see it from where I sit. Everything seems to work alright though and It still looks as if its oem.

I would love it if there was a way to wire in the reverse cam as the second camera.

Thanks for posting the comparison! Second video definitely looks better but thinking its the resolution change. With the sun out I assume the filtered version will look the same while the non filtered will be washed out.

Console/sunglasses holder, OEM.

Window/sunroof close on lock, Mikstore.

Do you have the part numbers for the OE USB back panel, and sunglass holder? When you cut the head liner are there OE holes that line up with the sunglass cubby to support the screws in the sunglass portion (generally 2 screws on Honda sunglass holders). On the auto window up Mikstore add on, what DIPs did you flip to cancel the horn honk? I found that when I auto down all of my windows, the device auto rolls them right back up straight away. That and the horn honk is why I have already removed it, flashing lights don't bother me. Do you have any issues with the windows/sunroof closing automatically right after opening? Mikstore sent me the same kit quite some time ago, possibly a Beta version, so I'm wondering if you are good to go?
I'm with you on the wireless charging, it is certainly OE and plug and play, but it doesn't work great. I'm assuming it's because the camera on my iPhone 14 Max Pro is so large that the phone just doesn't lay flat enough to charge.

Love what you've done, but with all of your mods, I'm surprised that you haven't gone with a Homelink auto dim mirror?

Don't know why all of my comments ended up in your quote...being old sucks.

I feel blessed I don't have to tinker with those things as it comes stock on the Canadian trim

Thanks! Homelink auto dim mirror is definitely in the plans haha, probably by the fall when it starts to get dark earlier.

The OE holes that line up with the sunglass cubby are there on the Si. They are not there on the Civic Sport (in case anyone comes here for info).

On the Mikstore product page for the Honda Window Sunroof Auto Lifter they have the instructions for disabling the horn honk and the light flash. Mine has worked as expected so far. I use the long press unlock button to roll the windows down and they stay down.

I had read that its Magsafe that prevents iPhones from working properly on the wireless charger.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and a Magsafe case. I did have issues previously with having a case that was just slightly too thick. I switched to a Casetify case and have had zero issues since. Still have Magsafe, but the case makes the back a little more flatter with the giant camera bump.

No Problem. I'll try to follow up with another clip whenever the sun comes out, maybe I'll change the resolution to the max 4K as well.

Thanks for the part numbers. I have had the window up deal for so long, that I never thought to relook the Mikstore for updated information. Also too lazy to FB messenger them on this item :)
How did you install the sunglasses holder? Coming from a Honda Odyssey that had one, I'll do anything to get the sunglasses holder back in my Civic.
