One of the reasons that Consumer Reports has so many Toyotas on the list is because those models are crazy old and Toyota has had the chance to fix any issues. I mean, look at the 4Runner. It's as old as dirt.
And CR's reliability ratings don't mean much to me anyway.
Their "long term" reliability is measured over 3 years. I wonder what would happen if they did a 10 year reliability study. Honda would be right near the top for sure!
