Remote start no accessories work

2022 honda civic. Remote start works as far as starting the car. But no accessories such as heat, radio, anything at all works. Took it into dealership and they ran electrical diagnostics etc., and no resolution. They went out to their lot and checked 2 other new 2022 Hondas and they did the same.
They (dealership) have notified honda and waiting to see.
Has anyone had this happen and any resolutions?

I didn't see anyone mention it in this thread, but when you remote start the car and then get in to drive, you still have to put your foot on the brake and push the start button to fully make the car drivable. Otherwise it will shut off when you try to put the car in gear. Anti-theft reasons.
