Hi, I just bought my 2022 Civic EX in February after driving my old Civic EX for 20 years! Obviously that car served me well. I'm very much enjoying my new ride but still getting used to some of the updated technology. In the absence of the CD player I used almost daily for two decades, I'm looking to transfer a Spotify playlist to my Media, and of course have never done that before. I'm in the process of creating said playlist, but am not sure if just a very basic, cheap USB cable will fit the bill. Sorry for the ignorance, but I'm hardly the most tech-savvy person in the world, LOL. Thank you!
Congratulations on the new Civic @Lucie ! Both of the comments above will work, but given the 20-year jump in technology, I think the cable method @dxdxto suggests is probably the right place to start.
One small tip that catches some folks up is that you can't use just any of the multiple USB ports in the car, most of them are just there to charge your passenger's phones. To connect your phone to the stereo you want to use the one with the USB symbol (circled in red).
