I had an S2000 that had many authentic Mugen parts on it, they were all top notch quality parts that worked great, a bit pricey but great. I think Mugen has since lost their way, I don't see much coming from them that I like all that much. I hope they start producing great products once again with the Civic.

Which parts would you consider getting for your Civic if they offer them @Zeroptzero? Also, what kind of parts did you have on your S2000?

I like the front splitter in that picture. I dislike the yofer ones due to the paint colour matching isn't perfect. I would much rather have get that one.

I'm so glad that Mugen didn't come up with grille for the new Civic that's as ugly as the one on the EK. I love Mugen but some things they do make you beg WHY.

On my S2000 I had their carbon fiber hardtop, stainless header, titanium dual exhaust, carbon fiber ignition coil cover, carbon fiber intake, and stickers lol. Their parts were fantastic.

I would love a Mugen exhaust but my Si exhaust is so damn good from the factory, a rear wing would be cool but I also like my Si trunk spoiler. A carbon intake box would be nice but I don't suppose they will make one. I will wait to see what they release, I am a Mugen whore to the core.

Agreed that they have lost their way. They used to make performance parts that were top notch. Now they make body kits and badges. Their new wheels styles aren't great either.

Thanks, no I sold it three years ago. I collected some rare JDM parts for it, and it had a custom one of a kind interior too. Some guy on the S2ki forums offered me some crazy money back then and I figured it was a good time to sell it as I was only driving it about 1000 kms a year by that point in time, so it wasn't practical keeping a car like that. I owned it for 10+ years though. I do miss it but they aren't very practical cars, it was a garage queen, I drove it quite a bit the first few years but by the end I wasn't putting many miles on it.

I will say that my 2022 Si is almost as enjoyable to drive as an S2000, just in a different kind of way.

Absolutely, I relate to that 100%. I also had a 2000 Integra GS-R that I sold a couple years ago, I miss that too. lol.

Agreed. King has done a poor job on the description as well because they just say fits 2022+ civic. That's a lot of customer returns...
