For those who own a flashpro or at the very least have had their civic tuned, is it worth it? Started doing some research on tuning in general (wasn't a topic I was ever knowledgable on) and It seems like a good investment but hearing first hand from owners seems like a good bit of information to have first.

I don't have my 11th Gen tuned yet, but I did have my 10th Gen tuned. If you are looking to make more power and and wake up the car, its the best bang for your buck modification. The CivicX and CivicXI forums have some pretty good posts about tuning. I would also recommend looking at Ktuner as well. Phearable and Two Step Performance offer off-the-shelf tunes when you but a Ktuner unit. I personally have a KTuner V2 and love the unit. I don't have to bring my laptop out to the car with me and I can monitor the engine from it.

I have a 2022 Civic ST and the CARB-legal Hondata unit/tune.

I went that route because I don't intend to do extensive "race-oriented" mods (air intake, exhaust, suspension, etc.), just wanted a bit more boost/power from the engine on premium fuel, basically to make it an "Si-minus" but in hatchback form. Also, it's nice to actually be street legal and not just passing for it when nobody cares, LOL.

Hondata even did a track comparison and posted it to YouTube showing a stock 2022 Civic Si matched up with a stock Civic EX (CVT) with the Hondata tune, and the EX now matched (and slightly exceeded) the Si in performance. Upgrade the tires at some point, and you'd have plenty of fun.

I'm pretty sure flashing the ECU, even with a "CARB legal" tune, would invalidate a powertrain warranty claim, so ideally you'd hold off on this until you pass 5 years/60,000 miles. But I am not exactly redlining my car every time out, just wanted more passing power, and I doubt I'd run into any problems.

I am changing my oil a bit earlier than the maintenance minder suggests, though, at the 25% mark instead of when the reminder would light up at 15%.
