Hey looking at buying a hybrid touring sedan here in AZ in November and wanted to see if anyone can put what discounts they got. I know there is a pricing paid thread in the reg 11th gen but that thread seems to be dead and wanted to know hybrid discounts specifically. Anyone with some insight I appreciate all your time.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no state tax credit in AZ and the federal tax credit literally ended September 30th 2025, Yesterday.

When shopping for a car just ask for the price breakdown and out the door price and negotiate from there. If you ask for discounts they put a $500 discount on but a mystery $500 increase will appear for something else to make you think they are giving you something, then they won't negotiate a price claiming they already gave you a great discount.

I walked into the deal of a century (a great relationship with the dealership helped). 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring 1600 mile for $28.5K Hondatrue Certified. It had already tinted windows and rubber floor mats and body side moldings. Guys ordered the body side moldings when he bought the car and brought it back in to have them installed and left with an SI. Best part was I drove away with a 5-year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper and 7-year, 100,000 mile powertrain from original in-service date, which was 6 months before I purchased it. I was going to pay cash, but it was June 28th and in June they had 0.99% financing for Certified Civics, so no need to transfer money from investments. I was looking for an Accord Hybrid Touring as my commuter car, but as soon as he traded it they called me and said they would give me a crazy deal if I wanted to take a Civic instead. With the new warranty coverage on HondaTrue Certified if you can find any Honda that is ultra low mileage, I just can't see buying new. I haven't bought anything but new since 2014 (3 Pilots, and a CRV for my daughter).

Thanks so much for all the responses. I’m looking at right Honda here in AZ they have like 46 civic hybrid sedans and 36 of them are touring. They have about 10 25’s left and rest are 26’s but there listing $1,700 off across the board for both 25’s and 26’s lol
I don’t have a trade in so sales tax will be in full effect lol

In late November 2025, I got $3000 off MSRP for a brand new 2025 Sport Touring Hybrid Hatchback. Cash deal, no add-ons except the state-mandated $300 doc fee.

At a minimum, I'd be targeting at least $3000 off a leftover 2025 model.

Are you in a hurry? If not, wait until the last week of this month before contacting any dealers.

Do your research ahead of time to identify 2-3 dealers that have the exact make/model/colors you are interested in.

Visit these dealerships in-person the week of 10/27, with your checkbook visibly in your hand.
Tell them you are ready to buy now if they will sell for $3500 off MSRP with no add-ons.

If not, walk out the door and visit the next dealership on your list. No need to overpay for a leftover model.

Last week I got the advertised $2,075 off MSRP of a 2026 Hatchback Hybrid Sport Touring at a dealership in Kentucky. (drove 230 miles from the STL MO area to pick it up). No dealer add-ons and no dealer games. Was in and out in less than 1 hour.
