I know this forum is for 11th Gen Civics only, but I just wanted to throw this in just to compare. I know I'm not the only one seeing all these problems, but just to start, the Civic came with a super small battery for this vehicle. I have an Automatic 2019 Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo. The battery dies after leaving the lights on or the radio for 2 minutes. I checked the oil level ( April 16th 2022 ), and it's up almost 20mm - 25mm, and now to top it off, It leaks gas from the rear ( I believe the top of the gas tank ) after a complete fill up. The smell is too bad that I have to keep it outside my garage. What a Joke...!!!. Any one else around here suffering the same issues ? By the way, Hello from Chihuahua Mexico ( northern hilly and cooler area ). I also mentioned the oil dilution problem to the Service Department Manager here at our Honda Dealer, and of course, He doesn't know anything about it, and denies it all. Car only has 55k miles.

Cheers.!

Trade in for a new Civic , that issue seems to have been resolved from what I can tell. My 2016 Civic definitely had fuel dilution problems. My 2022 is much better so far.

The leaky fuel tank might not be a car defect but you should track down the source regardless. I would ask the dealer to handle the fuel dilution issue and check the source of gas fumes.

As for oil dilution Honda fixed it with a software update but also you have to use 0w-16 oil (I'll link a video below from a well-known mechanic which explains this further).

As for the battery get your battery tested because battery going out after 2 minutes of lights or radio on seems like an issue with the battery so test it. Your battery might have lost its capacity to keep charge.

Gas leaking yeah check the fuel tank; issues happen over time so if it was a defect from day one it would have been happening for 3 ish years now.
