What a freaking race! It got boring for a bit, but what a crazy ending. Gutted for Verstappen but now that Hamilton also finished outside the points it's basically the same in the standings as when they went into Baku.

Loved seeing Vettel in 2nd as well.

Are the rumors true that George Russell is joining Mercedes to replace Bottas?

Mostly likely how it will play out. Mercedes can't keep George in Williams for too long. I've heard some rumors they could end up announcing it at Silverstone during the British GP.

I definitely think Botas is out before the season ends. It's a long season.

I predict he comes no better than 5th this weekend in France.

SPEAKING of France... I saw it was HAM BOT VER in FP!

And... it looks like Verstappen came back and topped the charts for FP2. Good sign for the Qualifying!

Nice ! Red Bull and Honda win another one. 3 in a row!
Looks like Mercedes has some ground to make up now!

What a tense race!

I haven't checked in here in a while, but Verstappen killed it again this weekend. He was 15 seconds ahead of Hamilton. And next week they're back at the Red Bull Ring!

Is anyone buying the rumors that Audi and/or Porsche are going to be engine builders in 2025?

That's cool. I've heard this rumor before. It would be great to see Audi/Porsche in F1.

Honestly, I'd like to see someone like Hyundai in it.

Or maybe a Chinese automaker?

The more manufacturers the better as far as I'm concerned. It would be interesting to see what a companies with the resources like Geely or Hyundai would do in F1. Especially with the new finance rules.

Looks more Indcar to me. It also looks more like a shark... very organic.

I'll be very happy to see the reduced aero out the back and HOPEFULLY more passing. Although I feel like passing has been a lot better the past two years.

STOKES for this weekend's British GP and the new Sprint Race format! Sure it's a gimmick, but more racing should be fun.

The crazy thing is that qualifying is now Friday at 1 EST not Saturday morning. Gotta make sure to take lunch tomorrow at 1.
