Display went dead

This morning my infotainment display went completely dead, no backlight on the buttons, nothing. However the audiobook I was listening to on USB continued to play and showed up in the left gauge display. I was able to adjust volume with the steering wheel control but not the dial on the center screen. I tried holding buttons in all sorts of combinations but nothing happened. I decided to do a Google search and found a Reddit thread where the guy said he had to remove and then reinstall the fuse for the audio system (engine compartment, bottom one on forward row)

So I did that and it came back. When it did come back it had a message about entertainment system anti-theft feature having been activated. So I'm not sure what it was about.

Does it mean that bad (oxidized) fuse contact caused that? Not full 12V going through?

Just in case, why don't you pull all fuses and clean them up to avoid future unwelcomed surprizes? As Civic is basically computer on wheels you do not want it to decide to 'reboot' while driving and stop you on the middle of the road in front of 18 wheeler doing 100km/h.
