Creaking when turning

Happens to my 22 civic as well when turning also accompanied by the "sticky steering" which I think is being investigated. I've been trying to research and find if there is a solution, so I'm in the same boat as you. Dealership said there's nothing wrong with the steering 🤷‍♂️.
