Should be under 40k I don’t care how much they sold for new with markups. 48k gets you a LOT more car than the Type R. No idea where value will go in the future but if you plan to put a lot of miles on it and use and enjoy the car don’t expect it to be worth big bucks in a few years. If you expect it to be worth big bucks in a few years you better not drive and enjoy the car too much.

There are better cars for the money if you’re going to drive them, and there are better ways to invest almost 50k if you’re looking to make money down the road.
