My 2025 Civic Hybrid ST has 10.5k miles. The check engine light came on with a message stating "Emissions Problem". I took it to the dealership and the ca had the P0456 code. They performed a Evac Function Test which failed.
The root cause was a improperly installed fuel door actuator which resulted in a broken clip.
They replaced these 2 parts (under warranty, no cost) and it resolved the issue:
17060-T20-A00 - Capless Unit, Fuel
74700-T20-A01 - Actuator, Fuel Lid
