I’m interested in changing the drls amber. Is there a certain bulb I would need or would I have to wait for aftermarket parts?(if there is any)

Seriously, this may not be legal given the design of the DRLs on the Civic. Yes, amber DRLs are legal, but I'm concerned that the tie-in to turn signals may make it illegal. At the very least, it's probably not safe for you because others could easily misunderstand your driving intentions.

It’s legal to do. It requires you to open your headlights. The drls and turn signals are separated so you will have to switch the colors. Unless you add a blueghozt module to animate them so it won't blend.
