Car Seat middle and passenger

Is the middle "seat" in the FL5 even a seat? You could put a seat behind the driver and passenger.

I know in the Si there are 3 latch points but will only fit 2 child seats

I have seen photos of people putting it over the middle. That’s why I am trying to ask someone with a Type R.

I have the regular Sport Hatchback. I have a rear facing middle seat and then two small booster seats on either side. I can fit all three of my boys, ages 10, 8, and 2, with no problems. Proof there is at least hope for your Type “R.” Oh, and congratulations on the allotment! For the two small boosters, on Amazon, search for slim booster seats. These are of the blow up variety. I was cynical at first, but they had great reviews. I think they’re only 11” wide. But I bought two and they’re awesome. I highly recommend them. I think they’re Bubly brand? I hope this helps.
