I’m unable to download regional map updates. I’m connected to my high quality home WiFi. Says I’m not subscribed.
It’s a 2022 Sport Touring , and I can’t find any way to subscribe.
Advice?

I've tried that - can't sign up (doesn't give me the opportunity to do so).

The Online Service Status is "expired". Dealer is clueless as to how to resolve. Honda America tells me to contact my dealer. It's Corporate America hell :)

Does it give you an error or are you saying you don't have the Sign Up for Online Services option?

I can't sign in and the message says something about the services being "Expired".

I'm assuming this will hit all of us eventually. No idea why I'm expired when the car was purchased on Dec 28, 2021.

I heard with older Acuras's and Hondas there was a gps glitch, and some of the older clocks got messed up. i also read honda will be pushing updates this month. im going to assume it has something to do with that.
