I understand how the key fob works
The car will beep beep beep if you:
  • Leave it in the car or trunk
  • If signal is interfered by Bluetooth phone
  • Leaving Car when it is still left on
My problem is that the "Beep Beep" is set off if:
  • I am passing the drivers side rear quarter panel after closing the trunk (Keys in hand), causing the trunk to open.
  • After walking away ( still near the car) from the car a passenger (again keys in hand) gets out of the car, closes the door and the beep goes off again.
Car will not auto-lock after Beep Beep
Very Annoying.

Car beeps when you close the door, car beeps when you open the door, car beeps when it locks(lights flash too), car beeps to prevent accidentally locking the keyfob in the car. Beep, beep, beep. The goshdarn Roadrunner doesn't beep this much. Joking aside I honestly don't remember what it does anymore since I turned all that off a longgggg time ago. No more beeps and light flashes.

Mine beeps once when I get out and beeps a second time when I walk away from it and I can hear it lock itself.. something doesn't seem to be working right with your car.

You don't have your spare key in the car do you? Guessing no but had to ask.
Yours is working correctly

Now that I think of it, I bet it would work correctly if I turned off the Autolock.
