I have a 23 si, roughly around 1400km and I'm yet to really experience it. Not sure if this is considered a " sticking steering wheel" but when I make a really fast left or right turn at a light, I feel something on my steering. But aside from that, everything is good

NHTSA at this time is only saying All 2022 to 2023 civics and the 2022 civic si. This hit the news media yesterday when the investigation was announced.

If anyone is having issues steering at highway speeds or lower speeds please leave a complaint with NHTSA and get the vehicle to your Honda dealer ASAP. This is a safety issue. My vehicle was pulled off the road and honda is providing a long term rental. This affects 238,271 vehicles.

ANY service done by the dealer would be documented (as it was for the dozens of records). For gods sake they even document a lug nut replacement. Even recalls, my old car even has the hybrid system recall which was performed at 155,000 miles, on the CarFax.
For what its worth this isn't always the case. My Si had to have the turbo replaced due to a sticking wastegate at 20k miles, CarFax just shows "Maintenance Inspection Completed" and "Oil Change Completed"

I had a clutch replaced in a 2020 Subaru WRX at 1700 miles. It showed the car was in for service maintenance. I traded it in with 24,000 miles and no record of this being performed on the service history.

I had my kpro ecu from a 2002-2004 RSX paired to my my 2005 supercharged RSX at an Acura dealer so the immobilizer would be functional and all it said was electrical system checked.
