Hello I just recently bought a 22 Civic Si in the Platinum pearl white color. I want to know if anyone has made any mods to any of their 11th Gen Si. Also, suspension components are they direct fit from the previous Gen or how does that work? I'm trying to get the basic bolt ons and drop it with new wheels and tires. Any suggestions?

Congratulations on your new Si @Convex welcome to the forum! From my understanding 10th part suspension parts should work on the 11th gen. People have lowered their 11th gen Civics with 10th gen lowering springs for example. But you should check with a shop or company first.

What kind of bolt ons are you looking to do?

Thank you! I'll be sure to double check.
I was looking into cold air intake, charge pipe, catless down pipe, exhaust, intercooler kit, aluminum radiator with hoses and I'm assuming they come with the fans. I haven't had an Si for about 5 years my last one was an fa5 but I can see a lot has changed since.

Also what brands would you guys recommend? I've seen prl and 27won also some acuity but I'm not too sure any suggestions?

I installed a PRL intake kit, and have the resonator delete kit that I'm waiting on the weekend to install. Intake seemed to make the turbo a tad "whooshier" if that makes sense, maaaybe better throttle response. So far it's an easy car to mod, and it's not as cramped in the engine bay as some other cars I've worked on.

FYI I’d wait a bit on the intake. I believe PRL is going to be releasing a complete intake kit soon and that would be the better option. I like the kit they offer now and did purchase it to hold me over till the release of the complete kit though

So many things like this are true with modern vehicles. As I understsnd it the air flow tech is so precise now that putting something like an aftermarket air intake actually harms performance.

Great example of people having belief that they are somehow better at this than the pros.

But everyone needs a hobby. Figuring out something else to do to a car keeps us occupied.

You would mainly get a CAI for the sound. It's probably negligible performance benefit at best, same goes for other "performance" bolt-on mods. If you change the ride height, or increase the downforce or other things, it will upset the car's balance. Now personalization of the car itself is a different story. It all depends on your use of the car? Is it your weekend car/daily driver/track car? I wouldn't be altering the engine components wildly if you need it to get you to work every day.

For me, I'll be dropping in performance summer tires (General G Max RS in 235/40ZR18), lowering springs, a rear sway bar (Whiteline) and vinyl wrapping various pieces and a Hondata tune whenever I get around to it. My plan is to have it as my summer car as my current 8th gen Si is still kickin - albeit a bit rough around the edges and would be perfect for harsh Canadian winters.

Definitely check out Kijiji as there's always someone selling KTuners on there and they are compatible with almost all Hondas/Acuras. Otherwise, I've bought a Hondata from Garage16 before in Mississauga, ON. They have Ktuner V2 and V1.2 available.

As for the RMM, I don't think any of the major tuners have come out with one for the '22. But look out for Whiteline and Perrin and Hasport in the next few months.
