Looks like Honda is toning down the sport look for this model. It's a bit disappointing but I don't mind it.

I cautiously optmistic about this design. What I hope this means is there will be distinct features between this, the Si, and the Type R. Overall this is very exciting news.

I much prefer the design of the hatch area on this 11th gen compared to the 10th gen. The 10th gen looked new and fresh when it was first released but the design of the hatch was always a bit off to me. A new Type R is going to look GREAT.

I believe this is the hybrid model. The grille seems unusual for a 100% ICE model but I could be wrong.

Interesting observation. It does look very closed off... although hybrids tend to look very much like most ICE cars. I feel like it actually looks more EV-styled... but I'm sure it's not an EV.

It seems like a standard grille to me, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if there is a hybrid model coming.

Since the Civic sedan's patent photos turned out to be near identical to the production model, I think it's safe to say that they hatchback will be the same way when Honda reveals it.

So with that being said. Has anyone's opinion changed about the hatchback since these photos came out? Overall the 11th gen hatch has grown on me more and more. I think the 11th gen's rear looks way better than the 10th gen's and I hope it leads to more storage space in the back.
