I purchased a 2025 Honda civic hybrid sport touring Hatchback for over $36,000 in Portland, Oregon 2 months ago and have put 700 miles on it. so far it gets average 8 mpg in the City and 26 mpg on the freeway. The info system doesn't work and no one at Honda knows how to fix it. I have already had to put in 4 tanks of gas and need to fill it up again tomorrow before I can get to work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF SHIT CAR. Who ever they paid to write the good reviews never owned one, obviously.

Get over yourself and stick to getting it warranty repaired/fixed. That's what the warranty is for. You got a bad one, doesn't mean they all are bad, it just means you got bad luck.

Honda says It CAN'T be FIXED. They do not honor the warranty, even though I paid for an additional warranty. This is not just bad luck. It is bad business on the part of Honda and people need to know about it. You get over yourself for being so sure you are right about everything.

Then go to different dealers, go to corporate. If it's a legitimate issue... it is a problem that can be fixed, or lemon law'd... Again, get over yourself and keep on them...

Your bad luck does not mean others should not "waste" their money on one of their cars. By that logic, we should not drive on the street because people get into accidents and die.

I was asking for advice from people who might know something about these cars. Is there anyone out there who knows how to do factor reset on these 2025 Honda civic hybrid touring hatchback. I don't need to be told I have bad luck or too bad I got a bad one. I am trying to find someone who knows something about the car.

Where? You were just complaining and not asking anything when I responded. Go to your dealer or different dealers, and or corporate. You have warranty for a reason.... If it's a legitimate issue, it will show up for them to look into fixing...

I have gone to Honda corporate and no one there knows how to do the factory reset either. Whoever is responding right now, you are not helpful. I'll wait to see if there is someone who might know something useful
There is no factory reset... It's not a phone. You need mechanics to diagnose the problem...

Smells like LEMON up in this biatch.

You only get 8 mpg in the city and 3x that on the highway?

I would definitely call corporate and open a case with them if you’re saying the dealer can’t fix whatever your issue(s) is/are.
Are you saying your issues are piss poor gas mileage AND the infotainment system doesn’t work? Like it doesn’t come on? Is frozen?

The story about both the dealer and Corporate Honda not recognizing your warranty sounds ridiculous. I am not buying it.
