That's not possible since it's apart of the ICU fuse box under the dash. It's not like the old days where vehicles have a physical flasher relay that you can swap out. If you are experiencing hyper flashing due to installing LEDs you need to run a led load resistor in series to prevent it.

Today I played around with finding where the ticking noise was coming from and found it to be a speaker on the speedometer box! And now I wonder what to do about this problem!
Did you install LED bulbs?

Yeah, there must be some current sensing circuit somewhere, but not for any mortal owner to mess with.

I merely added resistors (one per side since front is already LEDs), along with trusty old Philips Extreme Ultinon T20 Amber WY21 (T20) 12763 bulbs I had for a long time. No problems. The resistors I'm using are VLEDS VLR-6, because, buy once, cry once. They fit onto the painted surface behind the rear light modules. Not too much room there, but enough.

Does the DRL turn on? Does the headlight turn on?

First you said the blinkers flashing too fast, then you say a ticking noise and now turn signal doesn't work. Theses are the least of your problems.

2011? Did you try changing out the turn signal bulb?
EDIT: didn't notice you said 2023.
