What wiper blades are you guys buying to replace the stock ones? I just wasted $60 on wiper blades that dont even fit the wiper arm. I bought bosch icons 18 and 26 inch OE as specified by the autozone employee since its not a J hook but none of the provided attachments work. Thanks in advance

I got the right parts today, Rain-x Quantums. They only came with one clip, no need to remove any other part, there is also a spare cover plate/clip but it does not fit with our wipers that I can tell, but they fit okay with the standard clip.
So far they work well (as a new wiper should), we will see how it does in cold temps, we are just above freezing today. I don't care for the rain-x product that is applied to the windshield, I usually find that it ends up streaking in the long term but we will see how it goes. So far so good. Thanks to all who posted up info and part numbers, much appreciated.

I am right with you there on the windshield treatment from Rain-X. Fortunately their windshield wipers are much better than the windshield treatment.
There are three different products I have used on mine instead, all of them with essentially the same effect and durability which is about six months; longer if you don't use your wipers in the rain. The products I use are the glass treatment from Gyeon, another from Gtechniq, and most recently, SOFT99 Ultra Glaco which is a product that was developed by Japanese aviation for their airline windshields. SOFT99 Ultra Glaco is by far the easiest because it's a two-step process, so it's also the simplest.

That's interesting. I didn't know that.
So it's kind of like Aldi and Trader Joe's. Shared origin, but very different product offerings today. Glaco has 3 main products for windshields, depending on which one you choose, you go from a few months to six months to a year of effectiveness. I am on the middle one and I'm not sure I'm going to go above that; I'm happy with what I am getting out of the "better" product.

Tried it and it didnt work somehow. I know that the rainX Endurance Silicone once cut off the ear on the adapter work
I posted (#14) in this thread, RainX had several blades that fit Gen 11 Civic with no mods at all. They now just have one model; the Latitude for Gen 11, but you don't need to cut any ears.
How did you remove it after installation? The rain x cap is covered the push button so I cannot press it.

Sorry but you can't. As of this generation, Honda decided to discontinue inserts and require that you purchase the entire blade. There are very good aftermarket choices that are posted here in this thread that are less expensive and better quality than OEM.
