My OCD caught this. From 22 to 25 Civic Si, I feel like the factory places them free-handed instead of using an actual template because I noticed some rear trunk Si emblems are mounted straight and others are mounted slanted. The straight alignment is what is correct. I will be removing mine and properly aligning the new one I ordered. Can you post your photos of your one from factory to compare? Thank you

There are many things I worry about. This is not one of them. But since the OP asked, here is a photo of the Si badge on my 2025.

But wait, there's more!

I don't think you can look at the Si badge alone (or whatever badge is on the right side of your car's trunk lid or hatch). You should look at and compare its alignment to the Civic badge on the left side.

In the photos here, the Si badge looks straight, while the Civic badge looks like it slopes downward a little. But to the naked eye, both badges slope a little and match each other's slope well, so they are pretty symmetrical in real life.

the funny thing is cueyos rice box would dust your stock 1.5t tho 🤣
Actually no, I’ve driven both and the Sport is slower, which is only natural due to the power to weight ratio.

Tobbagan once again misses the whole conversation - a tuned 2.0 makes more hp than a stock 1.5T old man 😡😡😡😡
Then by that same token a tuned 1.5T makes more hp than a tuned 2.0 and the point is moot.

Age in the 50’s is middle aged not old aged, get it straight young man. 😉

Yea a stock sport, Cueyos car is full bolt on and makes more wheel hp then the factory crank horsepower lol, so it’s a bit different than the one you drove

This is what I did when I mounted the “VTEC TURBO” emblem to the naked right side of the truck, I measured and mirrored the position of the “CIVIC” emblem so it would be symmetrical.

The OP doesn’t actually have OCD or even OCPD for that matter, it’s a psychological fact that the human eye is always looking for the symmetrical pattern in nature. It’s a factor of how we choose our mates.

I was always under the impression it was younger people who couldn't afford a c5 Corvette, but this forum is almost exclusively people like double my age

Yes, I drove stock, both of them. I’m always unaware of any performance modifications that he has done. I’m still taken back by the visual appearance of his car and I mean that as a compliment, it just looks fast and that’s got to be good for 10 hp.

end of the day all slow lol

anywho seems like 50 is the average civic owner nowadays..
Well, technically it’s my wife’s car and she is in her mid 20’s 😃

If I could afford a Corvette I would buy any generation except the C5 and if I were given a C5 then I’d sell it to buy any other generation. I just don’t like the looks of that particular model.

That mail order bride special
It’s done on the internet now-a-days but yeah same concept. Also, when you’re in the military and serve abroad it’s most likely that you’re going to meet someone along the way. Go Navy! 😃
