Parts needed:

Mikstore Rear Vent A/C kit (also sold on eBay)
Center Console - 83433-T43-J31ZA
Bolts for the bracket (2 needed) - 90140-TR0-A01
Rear Bracket - 83419-T24-T00 (currently on backorder, but I installed without it for now)

This center console is designed for the A/C vent. It is not as deep as the original SI console. The only issue I can see is the bottom bolts of the armrest do not line up, but it doesn't affect the function. This can probably be changed for a Type R armrest to fit all 4 screws. The installation is the same as the Mikstore kit, except you have to take the center console apart. This is done by pulling up on the sides and turning out. I am waiting on the bracket to come in to finish that part, but the A/C functions perfectly. The charging ports are OEM and not the mikstore ones. I want to find a way to wire these in. The Mikstore one is a plug and play and will not require modification.

Correction, found the kit on ebay for $280 and then $28 shipping, mikstore price is $150+$96 shipping. Was hoping ebay would be closer to the $150 price...

This is the kit I purchased. I priced out the parts on a Japanese website and it would be more expensive with their shipping. Shipping was really fast through the eBay sale.

This one came with the plug and play panel as well, but I decided to use the OEM plug and harness. I'm going to try to create a harness so that I can install the wireless charger as well.

Does the oem come as a USB Type-A or as a USB Type-C, I thought the mikstore would be more oem (Type-C) just judging off of other models of cars near the time

What about us with the CVT? 😩

Also, those kits are on AliExpress as well.

So, when you say “part number”, do you mean the whole center console or just that inner shell?

Here is the one on AliExpress. Do a search and you’ll find several.

So, if I understand correctly, this is the piece that doesn’t need to be cut but if it’s the one from Mikstore then it does need to be cut and all of the other pieces are the same?
It would need to be cut with any kit, but since I swapped that piece I didn't have to cut it. That is the center console inner piece. Pretty much the body of the console. I replaced that from my original one that would have needed to be cut. That piece is from the Type R. The CVT center console is different, so I don't think that piece would fit with the CVT. I could be wrong though. I purchased it from hondawholesalepart.com I like using their site because it has the diagrams for the different areas. Makes it easier to piece together.

Interesting enough, that (Type R) part includes the word “VENT”, although no vent is shown.
