Thank the Type R owners for finding a way. I'm just posting this so it's also on this forum, too.
For non-Touring owners, rejoice! You can add Homelink to your lesser Civic by using the kit for the Accord. Almost everything is plug-n-play.
Parts used:
Wire harness: 08V03-30A-100
Homelink Mirror: 08V03-3A0-100

I have done this install, too, on my FL2.
And here's an install video for the Integra Type S.
But note that the CivicXI thread and the ITS video use two different grounding points.

I used JDM_DOHC_SiR's as it ensures better contact. My only concern is that the bolt helps hold the driver's knee airbag.
I point this out as the factory ground in the Accord is in a different location than the Civic. Extending the ground wire is an option, but that is above my skill set.

Plug and Play Homelink Mirror for FL5 -- 1 Hr Install
UPDATED WITH INSTALL: Sorry guys for the delay... was not feeling too well over the past few weeks. Install was rather easy and the instructions make it look harder than it was, literally took 1hr to do from start to finish. Anyways on with the install pictures:drive...
