What else have you done to the car/were there issues that forced the clutch upgrade?
BROTHER, I was slipping. I am FBO w/tune and I'm getting a custom tune as well so I need a clutch that can manage that . Stock clutch is good for about 270tq, if you plan to go FBO and tune you need to upgrade the clutch.

What parts and what tune?
PRL intercooler w/charge pipes
27Won Downpipe/frontpipe
PRL HVI intake
Ktuner w/tsp stage 1
And then a bunch of suspension mods. My current tune it tsp stage 1, the tune I am getting will be a custom tune at JSR Engines in West Covina so the tune will be specific to my car. (=

Oh wow, I'm looking to add intercooler, downpipe and ktuner/tsp1 as well. Guess that could put me over. What is total cost parts and install to do the clutch upgrade?
I never got a clutch installed but It will cost around 1k prolly lol I heard its a extensive process, As for the clutch itself I bought the clutch and lightweight flywheel something about needing both for the 11th gens, both cost me about 1k out the door.

UPDATE: Installed clutch and flywheel, just got it from the shop brand new fresh install. It is HEAVY AF lol I know I have to break it in for about 500 miles and hopefully it softens up. will keep yall updated after the 500 miles if it still feels as heavy and how it holds up after my Custom tune!

Depends how far you tune, I've done the PRL parts and intend to tune, but just to the 250-260 Hondata tune so the clutch should only be at its peak if I'm thrashing it

I am FBO plus Silvers Coilovers running Hondata 250 lb torque tune with secondary O2 disabled. No clutch problems and I think quick. dyno tune 220 hp

I dunno if I am lucky or the Si or newer models got a different clutch but I have yet to experience slipping with both the TSP and Phearable tune. I got the KTuner, intercooler, charge pipes, DP & FP, only a K&N filter for now. And that is with heavily spirited driving including some hard launches. But still following for the word on the Action clutch for the future upgrade

What torque numbers do TSP and Phearable take it up to?

What torque numbers do TSP and Phearable take it up to?
Phearable says: Power Gains: 64 Hp 99 Tq Over Stock
TSP says: an additional 45 whp and 96 ft lbs of torque

But that is stock vs stock with just the tune. I haven't had the car dyno'd to figure out what it is actually putting down.

The Phearable tune does feel a bit more powerful, however, I think the TSP tune is a little more smoothed out for daily use. Either way you go it is WAYYYYYY better than stock!
